My Story

Welcome to AOTL Official, where faith meets modern design and purpose.

For over two decades, I served as a dedicated computer teacher in a low-income school district, impacting the lives of over 800 students each year, many of whom were new to the country and didn't speak English. With limited resources and without the aid of an assistant or translator, I embarked on a journey that tested my limits but filled my heart with purpose. Despite the challenges, the gratification of positively influencing these young minds made every hectic day worth it.

My path to teaching wasn't conventional. Initially trained as a graphic artist, I stumbled into substitute teaching for extra income and found my calling. However, four years ago, a freak accident altered the course of my life. While fetching a sprayer from my shed, I encountered a swarm of bees, resulting in a concussion that left me with debilitating symptoms. Let’s just say I’m 6 feet tall and the shed header is  only 5 feet high…and I didn’t make it. I woke up confused and covered in bee stings, with little recollection of what happened. Doctors offered little solace beyond surgery or medication, predicting I might never use a computer again—a daunting prospect for someone with four computer-related degrees.

In the depths of despair, I turned to faith. Rediscovering my connection to God and His purpose for me, I found solace and strength in His word. Through prayer and reflection, I realized my true calling: to be a beacon of light for others and spread the message of Jesus Christ.

Inspired by divine guidance, I embarked on a mission to combine modern design with timeless faith. Thus, the Jesus Christ is King logo was born—a symbol of hope and a reminder of the enduring power of faith. Our aim is to reclaim the narrative from the clutches of darkness and shine a light on the truth that sets us free.

As society grapples with the pervasive influence of evil, it's more crucial than ever to return to our roots and embrace the life-saving message of Jesus. He is the way, the truth, and the life, and through AOTL Official, I invite you to join me in spreading His love and grace to all.
